Booking Policy
Invoices
- All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment.

- Unpaid invoices after 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

- Please note: All services must be prepaid in full prior to the appointment date. Payment on the day of services is not accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

- 48-Hour Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Infestation Policy
At T's Touch Services, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and pristine cleaning services for all of our clients. To protect both our staff and other clients, we maintain a strict no-infestation policy.
​
No Service with Infestations: We do not provide cleaning services for any property with an active infestation of any kind.
​
Disclosure Requirement: Clients must inform us of any known infestation issues before booking or at the time of scheduling.
​
Cancellations & Refunds:
- If an appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance due to an infestation, clients are eligible for a refund.
-If an infestation is discovered at the time of service and was not disclosed in advance, the appointment will be canceled immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Our goal is not to withhold funds, but to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all clients while maintaining the highest service standards.
