Booking Policy

Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. After 24 hours, your appointment will be CANCELED. All services booked through T's Touch Services are paid for prior to the appointment NOT the day of.
Cancellations

Clients can cancel appointments and/or reschedule appointments within 48 hours before their appointment date and time.
If appointments are canceled within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a charge of $25.00 and the remaining balance will be refunded. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days.
Infestation Policy
If you book an appointment and do not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time; being aware of this infestation issue, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for your appointment. We take infestation very seriously and that is a liability to us and affects our clients. We want to provide outstanding customer service and pristine cleaning. Our goal is not to withhold any funds without providing the service BUT if these issues are not communicated before your appointment, there will be NO REFUND.
